Transilience
Generative art, public installation · Istanbul Light Festival · 2021
Transilience narrates the digital transformation of textures found in nature: images generated through code written over real, organic textures.
Installed in the heart of the city, the work reflects on the transformation of our time and on the relationship between nature and the process of digital transition.
RE.sole explores how organic textures relate within digital environments, presenting its works in a soft, calm and fluid way — telling of the formations of life that Mother Nature offers us, and of the changes of our present, held together in stillness.
